Flyknit 緣起Nike Flyknit 技術靈感源自於跑者們的寶貴意見，他們持續追求如襪子般的極致貼合機能，希冀能發掘讓人感覺不到存在的跑鞋。於是 Nike 與一組由程式設計師、工程師與設計師組成的團隊攜手合作，展開為期四年的研發任務，目標是開創能回應此需求的技術，製作具穩固元素的針織鞋面，實現結構感和耐久性。接下來則是要將支撐力、靈活度和透氣性精準配置在單一層體上，同時進行微調。最終打造出羽量輕盈、貼合足形且幾乎完全沒有接縫的鞋面。除了擁有前所未見的精準貼合度，利於發揮最佳表現之外，相較於傳統製鞋的剪裁及縫製過程，還可減少材料浪費，平均達到 60%。每雙 Flyknit 鞋款相當於使用了六個回收塑膠瓶，讓數百萬磅的材料免於被送至垃圾掩埋場的命運。

I've tried Metcons 2, 3, and 4, along with a pair of No Bulls trying to find my "perfect" crossfit shoe. My favorites for heavy lifting are the Metcons 2, but I didn't love them for general WODs. The No Bulls don't fit me well at all and I was at my wit's end for a shoe that felt right during my workouts. When these went on sale, I decided it was time to try them. I haven't worn any of my other shoes since I got the Metcon Flyknits. Compared to the Metcons, they have a little heel lift and some extra cushioning, which makes them way better for short runs and jumping. They also fit closer to my foot and I don't ever feel my feet sliding around in them. Initially, I was concerned about the heel slide, but with a light sock it hasn't been a problem at all. These are great shoes and I'm so happy I gave them a try. The only reason I don't give them five stars is because they aren't nearly as stable for heavy lifting as the regular Metcons, but it's a trade off for the comfort and feel of this great shoe.

I have always been a 6.5 in shoes & I had been torn for a long time on getting these for CrossFit because of previous reviews I’ve seen. I finally ordered a pair in my normal size and they felt too small. They fit very tight and I thought I made a mistake in sizing. I decided to take the risk and wore them around the house the first day. Second day I went to my CrossFit Box and they still felt tight but not as bad. I went a few more times and they loosened up and now are so comfortable! They now fit me true to size and have not stretched any more. I’ve experienced zero slipping with my feet in the shoes like other reviewers I’ve seen complained about. I would not recommend sizing up as others recommended doing because they stretched. I know if i would have gone up in size they would be too big and would be slipping since they seem to stretch. For box jumps they stick! For lifting, I feel more stable. I love these shoes!!

限時下殺挖好康I have the original Metcon Flyknits and loved them but after a year they were due to be replaced so I gave these a go. I was hesitant based on the reviews but found that I love them, they're stable, comfortable, and have good traction. They are TTS with my other Metcon Flyknits allowing me plenty of room to spread out my toes without my heels slippping. For reference I wear an 8 in street shoes, an 8.5 in Metcons, and an 8.5- 9 in running shoes, I have super high arches and average width feet. I wear them only for leg day (includes low impact cardio) and with custom orthotics due to a history of plantar fasciitis, for anything high impact I wear running shoes.

金防部聯合反登陸作戰操演 展現國軍精實戰力
（軍聞社記者周力行金門7日電）「預備，放！」一陣陣驚天砲響由金門后湖海灘傳開，陸軍金門防衛指揮部今日清晨實施「107年度聯合反登陸作戰」操演，驗證聯合火力機制及重砲保養射擊，展現國軍精實戰力。
操演由陸軍副司令郝以知中將主持，金門縣副縣長吳成典、各級機關主管、地方仕紳及當地民眾也到場參觀，對官兵純熟戰技、高昂士氣及扎實的訓練成果留下深刻印象，共同見證一場震撼力十足的全民國防體驗。
操演過程首先由120迫砲射擊照明彈，模擬敵空中目標，防空連6門20機砲立即實施防空接戰演練；接續的阻止擾亂射擊中，8吋榴砲及155加農砲採單砲翼次射方式實施；隨後的反舟波射擊，各式輕重火砲則依船團位置採齊放射擊，最後的坐灘線火殲階段，各參演火砲使用瞬發及空炸信管，以同時彈著及齊放射擊方式，成功阻敵登陸，完成此次操演。
金防部指出，此次射擊火砲計M115 8吋榴砲等各式火砲28門，配合演習想定，射擊各式砲彈2000餘發，參演單位則有砲兵營、機步營、支援營及防空連官兵，展現平時精練成果與雷霆萬鈞的氣勢。
操演指揮官史中校表示，參演官兵從7月中旬起至后湖陣地實施移地訓練，進行火砲保養、專長複訓與空操演練等各項整備任務，他們均全力以赴投入，希望平日的訓練能在此次演習中完美發揮。
金防部指揮官姜中將表示，此次操演順利，特別感謝地方鄉親支持，防區官兵將持續戮力戰訓本務工作，精進作戰效能，以發揮精實戰力，捍衛國家安全。
