廢輪胎積水病媒蚊孳生 高市本土登革熱再添1例
[新頭殼newtalk] 高雄市再新增一例本土登革熱個案，個案住處與7月1日前鎮區草衙里首例確診個案距離280公尺，兩例均為第三型，是否為同一病毒株感染還有待確認，高雄市衛生局己對前鎮及旗津同步啟動緊急防治。
衛生局指出，個案所屬工作地位於旗津中洲輪渡站旁旁，海岸沿線部分家戶棄置輪胎積水且已孳生病媒蚊幼蟲，隨著連續降雨，環保、衛生單位查獲病媒孳生源開單告發數量已連續3週呈現上升趨勢。
由於前鎮草衙地區人口密集且流動頻仍，疫情極為容易透過人的移動帶往高病媒蚊密度行政區，衛生局己針對個案居住地動員草衙部落及瑞字里，分別擴大登革熱衛教宣導、盤整草衙與旗津地區列管場域、周邊學校、公園、市場等高風險場域，責成權管單位啟動緊急防治工作。
個案為高雄市今年第四例本土登革熱個案，是50多歲男性，居住前鎮區明正里，在旗津區中洲里工作，1日出現發燒、頭痛及肌肉痠痛、紅疹等疑似症狀，2日就醫症狀未緩解，4日抽血快篩檢驗陽性，5日確診登革熱，目前住院防蚊隔離治療中。
高雄市衛生局指出，個案有高血壓病史，活動地以住家、工作地及住家附近市場為主。市府防疫團隊接獲疫情通報立即啟動孳生源檢查暨噴藥滅蚊工作，衛生單位針對同住家人及週邊社區民眾、工作地接觸者擴大疫調300多人，擴大採檢63人，快篩結果皆陰性，尚未發現其他疑似個案。
由於該案住處與7月1日鎮區草衙里首例確診個案距離280公尺，兩例均為第三型，是否為同一病毒株感染還有待確認，衛生局籲請醫療院所提高警覺，市民加強積水場域清理，嚴防疫情次波蔓延。
